Thyroid Quiz
Free symptom check · ~2 minutes · No labs required
Is it just stress — or is it your thyroid?
Fatigue, brain fog, stubborn weight, always cold — these get dismissed as “normal” more often than they should. Answer 10 quick questions about how you’ve been feeling, and we’ll show you what your pattern of symptoms is telling you.
The Root Cause Quiz
Answer 10 questions about how you’ve been feeling.

Your answers describe a pattern, not a diagnosis — thyroid symptoms overlap with many other conditions. A discovery call is the next step toward finding out what’s actually going on, with real labs and a clinician who has time to listen.
Why this pattern gets missed
“Your thyroid is normal” is not always the end of the story
Most standard workups screen TSH, and sometimes one additional marker. If that number lands inside the reference range, the file closes. But a reference range is a wide band drawn around a population, not around you — and a single marker cannot describe how an entire system is behaving.
That is why the symptom cluster in this quiz matters. Fatigue on its own is easy to explain away. Fatigue plus cold intolerance plus hair shedding plus constipation plus brain fog is a pattern, and patterns are worth investigating properly rather than one complaint at a time.
Thyroid symptoms rarely travel alone. They overlap heavily with iron status, vitamin D, blood sugar, inflammation, and gut health — which is why thyroid investigation at Avalon sits inside a broader root-cause workup rather than standing on its own.
What happens after the quiz
Your result is a starting point for a conversation, not a diagnosis. On a free discovery call, Angie Brown, NP, walks through what you have been experiencing, what has already been ruled out, and whether Avalon is the right fit. If it is not, she will tell you that too.
This quiz is an educational screening tool. It does not diagnose any condition and does not replace lab work or evaluation by a licensed clinician. All clinical decisions — including diagnosis, lab selection, and treatment planning — remain the sole responsibility of Angie Brown, NP.
